How much does a website cost?

What happens after my website is built?

How long does it take to build a website?

What if I already have a website that I hate?

Do I actually own my website?

What's included in your packages?
Each package includes design, development, hosting, SSL certificate, and ongoing support. Higher-tier packages add extras like SEO, Google Ads management, content creation, and priority support. Check our pricing page for a full breakdown, or just ask us – we’re happy to walk you through it.
Are there any hidden fees or lock-in contracts?
Nope. We’re upfront about everything. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before we start. We don’t do sneaky price hikes or lock you into long-term contracts. If you want to leave, you can – no hard feelings (but we’ll miss you).
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely! Many of our clients start with a simpler package and upgrade as their business grows. We’ll make the transition seamless – no rebuilding from scratch, just building on what’s already working.
Do you offer payment plans?

What's your design process like?
We start with a good chat to understand your business, your customers, and your goals. Then we create mockups for you to review. You get to provide feedback and we refine until you love it. Only then do we build. No surprises, no ‘that’s not what I asked for’ moments.
How many revisions do I get?
We include a generous number of revision rounds in every package. We want you to be genuinely happy with the result, not just ‘it’ll do’. That said, we’re pretty good at nailing it early on because we listen properly at the start.
Will my website work on mobile phones?

Can I update the website myself?
If you want to, yes! We build on platforms with user-friendly content management systems. We’ll train you on how to make basic updates like changing text or adding blog posts. And if you’d rather not touch it, that’s fine too – we’ll handle it for you.

Is SEO included with my website?
Basic on-page SEO is included with every website – things like meta tags, proper headings, fast load times, and mobile optimisation. For ongoing SEO campaigns with keyword research, content strategy, and link building, check out our Silver package and above.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Honestly? SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. You’ll typically start seeing improvements within 3-6 months, with significant results around the 6-12 month mark. Anyone who promises you page one rankings overnight is probably not being straight with you.
Do you provide performance reports?
Yes! Our client portal gives you 24/7 access to your analytics, SEO rankings, and campaign performance. Plus, we provide detailed monthly reports that explain what’s happening in plain English – not just graphs and numbers, but what they actually mean for your business.

What kind of ongoing support do you offer?
All our packages include ongoing support. This covers things like content updates, security patches, plugin updates, backups, and general troubleshooting. We’re your tech team without the overhead of hiring one.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
